How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 3 to 15 business days. Some items may arrive sooner or slightly later depending on demand and supplier location.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Tracking is provided for most orders. If tracking is delayed, contact us and we will update you.
I entered the wrong address — what do I do?
Contact us immediately using the contact form. If the order has not been dispatched, we can update the address.
Do you offer refunds/returns?
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not been processed/dispatched yet, we can usually cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible.
